Off-Plan Investment Consultant
Advise investors, many of them in the UK and Europe, on off-plan projects in Dubai: payment plans, launch stages and handover, set against recorded resale in the same community. Enquiries come from our Meta campaigns.
What you will do
- Call and qualify enquiries from our Meta lead campaigns promptly.
- Understand each investor's brief, budget and timeline before suggesting any project.
- Prepare shortlists with the developer's published payment plan, launch stage and handover, beside recorded resale prices nearby.
- Run video calls and site visits, and work with developers' sales teams on availability and reservations.
- Take each reservation through the sales and purchase agreement and its registration with the DLD.
- Present the numbers and let the investor decide. No promised returns, ever.
- Log every lead and conversation in our CRM.
What we look for
- Experience in off-plan or new-build sales, investment advisory or a client-facing sales role.
- RERA certification, or willingness to obtain it after joining.
- Confidence on video calls with international investors, and fluent English. Other European languages are valued.
- The ability to read a payment plan and explain it plainly, without hype.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
- The right to live and work in the UAE, or the ability to obtain it.
