One timeline, not four
A purchase in Dubai often comes with three other questions: where the company goes, which visa applies, and what happens on the UK side when you leave. Most brokerages hand those to someone else. Here they sit beside the property, handled by Justina’s team from the Dubai Marina office, so the timeline is one timeline.

Business setup
Mainland, free zone or offshore. We take you through the licence types, the free zones that fit the activity, the office requirement and the timeline, then run the incorporation with the authority.
Visas
Residence visas. Employment, investor and property-linked routes, with medical, Emirates ID and family sponsorship handled in sequence.
The Golden Visa property route. A property valued at AED 2,000,000 or more can qualify the owner for a 10-year residence permit, subject to the conditions on the GDRFA service page, including a valuation certificate from the Dubai Land Department. Not immigration advice. The AED 750,000 figure that appears in older documents is a different visa route and is not used here. Thresholds are re-verified with GDRFA before publication.
Tax exit
Leaving the UK, in order. Residence tests, the timing of a departure, what stays taxable in the UK and what does not, and how a Dubai company and a Dubai property fit the plan.
We prepare the facts and the timeline and work with your UK accountant or a licensed adviser on the advice itself. UK tax may still apply to UK residents.
