Buying in Dubai

From your finances to the title deed, in order.

Speak to an advisor
  1. Arrange your finances.

Confirm mortgage eligibility before signing anything or placing a deposit.

  2. Know the fees.

The advertised price excludes the 4% DLD transfer fee and the 2% agency fee, both payable by the buyer, plus NOC and trustee fees where they apply.

  3. Decide on location.

We will give you the recorded transaction history for any community you are considering.

  4. Research the price.

We price from recorded sales in your preferred area, not from asking prices.

  5. Set your priorities.

View, size, layout, aspect and handover date rarely all survive one budget.

  6. Speak to the Agency 8 advisor for that market.

  7. Make an offer.

  8. Offer agreed.

You provide a passport copy and a 10% booking deposit, held by the brokerage.

  9. Sales agreement drafted.

Read it, and ask us about anything that is not clear.

  10. Apply for the No Objection Certificate with the developer, confirming the property is paid for, unmortgaged and clear of service charges.

  11. Complete at the Dubai Land Department.

Title transfers to your name, the seller receives the manager's cheque, and the title deed is issued.
