Information, not advice

Everything on this site is general information about the Dubai property market. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or immigration advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Take independent advice before you make a decision.

Market figures are taken from the Dubai Land Department and other public sources, and each carries the date it was checked. Markets and rules change; a figure that was right on the date shown may not be right today. Visa and residency rules are set by the UAE authorities and can change without notice; always check the current rule with the official source before you rely on it.

Properties and projects

• Listings are offered subject to availability, contract and the owner's instructions. Prices, sizes and features are provided in good faith, but they are not an offer and they do not form part of any contract. Every advertised property carries its Trakheesi permit number.
• Off-plan projects are described as the developer has published them, on the date shown. Payment plans, handover dates, specifications and prices are the developer's, and the developer may change them. Your contract with the developer, registered with the Dubai Land Department, is the document that governs the purchase.
• Illustrations. Some images on this site are illustrations of a place or an atmosphere and are labelled as such. They are not photographs of a specific property or project.

Using the site
