Privacy policy
How Agency 8 Real Estate collects, stores and uses personal information from this website.
Last updated 29 September 2026
This policy explains what personal information Agency 8 Real Estate collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, for visitors in the United Kingdom and the European Union, the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
Who we are
This website is operated by AGENCY EIGHT REAL ESTATE L.L.C, a real estate brokerage licensed in Dubai (trade licence 1481806, Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism; RERA ORN 49777), Office 301, Extreme Waterfront Offices, Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us at Info@agency8dxb.com or +971 50 563 2248.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, phone number, email address and message when you use a form on this site, together with the details you choose to add, such as the community, budget or timeline you are interested in, and the page you were on.
- What you send us on WhatsApp. If you tap a WhatsApp button, your conversation with us takes place on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
- How you found us. Campaign tags in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source), so we know which of our advertising works.
- Security information. A one-way, scrambled version of your internet address, kept for a short time so we can stop automated spam. We do not store the address itself.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics and marketing cookies, Google Tag Manager loads the measurement tools described in our cookie policy. If you decline, none of them load.
We do not ask for passport, Emirates ID or financial details through this website. If you go on to buy, sell or let a property with us, UAE law requires us to verify your identity; that happens separately, directly with your adviser.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you the property service you asked for. This is necessary to take steps at your request.
- To meet our legal obligations, including record-keeping and anti-money-laundering checks that apply to real estate brokers in the UAE.
- To improve the website and understand which of our marketing works, only where you have agreed to analytics and marketing cookies.
- To send you market updates or property alerts, only if you ask us to. You can stop them at any time.
Who we share it with
- Within Agency 8. The specialist who handles your enquiry and the people who support them. If you ask about business setup, visas or banking, we pass your details to our sister company, Agency 8 Corporate Services, so they can reply.
- Developers. If you register interest in an off-plan project, we may pass your name and contact details to that project's developer to secure the registration, and only after telling you.
- Service providers who run our systems on our behalf and under contract: our website host (Hostinger), our database and customer records (Supabase, whose servers for our account are in India), and our sales systems (GoHighLevel and Goyzer). They may not use your information for their own purposes.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Transfers outside the UAE
Some of our service providers store data outside the UAE and outside the UK and EU. Where that happens we rely on contractual protections of the kind the law recognises.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept for up to two years from our last contact, then deleted. Records connected to a transaction are kept for as long as UAE law requires. Security records are kept for no more than 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it for marketing, or to restrict how we use it, and you can withdraw a consent at any time. Visitors in the UK and EU can also object to our processing and ask for a copy of their data in a portable format. Write to Info@agency8dxb.com; we reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our reply you can complain to the UAE Data Office or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes
We will update this page when our practice changes and show the date of the change at the top.
