Property Consultant, Leasing
Let properties for landlords and find the right property for tenants in Dubai's established communities. Leasing is often where a client first works with us, so the work is careful and quick: the right property, the right paperwork and a clean handover.
What you will do
- Take on rental listings, with the rent assessed against the RERA rental index and comparable lettings nearby.
- Answer tenant enquiries from Property Finder and Bayut, and run viewings.
- Agree terms between landlord and tenant, prepare the tenancy contract and register it with Ejari.
- Handle deposits, cheques and handover inventories carefully and on record.
- Keep landlords informed through renewals and, when they are ready to sell, introduce the sales team.
- Log every enquiry, viewing and contract in the CRM.
What we look for
- Leasing or lettings experience, in Dubai or elsewhere. UK lettings experience is welcome.
- RERA certification, or willingness to obtain it after joining.
- Knowledge of Ejari, the RERA rental index and the tenancy process, or the readiness to learn them quickly.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Fluent English. Other languages our clients speak are valued.
- The right to live and work in the UAE, or the ability to obtain it.
