Property Consultant, Secondary Market
List and sell ready properties in the Dubai communities you know, with the numbers behind every price. You join the secondary team under the Sales Manager and work enquiries from Property Finder, Bayut and our website alongside your own.
What you will do
- Win and manage listings in your communities: a valuation grounded in recorded sales, the listing agreement, photography and a portal listing with its Trakheesi permit.
- Answer Property Finder and Bayut enquiries promptly, qualify each buyer and arrange viewings.
- Show owners and buyers the comparable DLD transactions, so every price is grounded rather than flattering.
- Negotiate offers and take each sale through the MOU, the developer NOC and transfer at a DLD trustee office.
- Keep every contact, viewing and offer up to date in the CRM.
- Work to the team's weekly rhythm of new listings, price reviews and deals, reported each Friday.
What we look for
- Experience selling residential property, in Dubai or another market. Strong candidates new to Dubai are considered.
- RERA certification, or willingness to complete the DLD broker course and exam after joining.
- The right to live and work in the UAE, or the ability to obtain it.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred: viewings take you across the city.
- Fluent English. Arabic, Russian, French, German or another language our clients speak is valued.
- Comfort with the numbers: price per square foot, service charges and recorded sales.
