Overview

Dubai Islands is five islands off the Deira shoreline with 13,913 beachfront apartments. Every one of the 5,110 apartment sales recorded in the last twelve months was off-plan, and no completed unit has yet been resold. The briefing sets those sales beside Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters Island and Emaar Beachfront, gives median prices by bedroom count, and lists the four points we raise with every buyer before they commit.

The UK edition shows indicative GBP and UK tax notes; the Australia edition shows indicative AUD and Australian tax notes.
