Remraam is a residential community in Dubailand developed by Dubai Properties. It is split into two neighbourhoods, Al Thamam and Al Ramth, made up of low- and mid-rise apartment buildings in a Moorish-inspired style, laid out around landscaped parkland.

Properties are apartments, from studios to family-sized units, many with generous terraces. Shared facilities include swimming pools, lawns, barbecue areas, children's play spaces, walking paths and a mosque.

Remraam tends to suit families and couples who want a calm, green setting and are happy to drive for work and shopping. It sits off Emirates Road, with Dubai Studio City, Motor City, Arabian Ranches and Town Square all a short drive away.
