Bluewaters Island is a reclaimed island just off the JBR shoreline, built by Meraas and opened in 2018. It is home to Ain Dubai, the observation wheel, along with Madame Tussauds Dubai, hotels including Banyan Tree Dubai, and a run of shops and restaurants.

The properties sit in two gated projects, Bluewaters Residences and Bluewaters Bay. Both are mainly apartments and penthouses, and Bluewaters Residences also includes townhouses. The island suits buyers who want island living with the sea on several sides, while staying close to work in Dubai Marina, Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City.
