Dubai Harbour is a waterfront district on reclaimed land between Palm Jumeirah and JBR. It holds Dubai Harbour Marinas, a cruise terminal with two terminal buildings, and the Skydive Dubai drop zone. The district was planned by Meraas and is now owned and run by Shamal.

Properties are apartments. Emaar Beachfront, a cluster of towers behind a private beach, forms the main residential area, and Shamal is building Dubai Harbour Residences, a set of low-rise buildings facing the water. Some towers are complete and others are under development.

Dubai Harbour suits people who keep a boat, want a beach and marina close by, or work in Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City or Dubai Marina. Roads link the district to Sheikh Zayed Road, and Bluewaters Island and the Palm Jumeirah trunk are next door.
