Jumeirah Lake Towers, known simply as JLT, is a mixed-use district master developed by DMCC, which also runs the free zone based here. Towers are grouped into clusters lettered A to Z and arranged around man-made lakes, a central park and waterside walkways, with Almas Tower standing on its own island.

Properties are mainly apartments, from studios to larger family units and penthouses, alongside offices, hotels and ground-floor cafés, shops and supermarkets. It tends to suit people who work in the DMCC free zone, Dubai Marina or Dubai Media City, and buyers who want to live without depending on a car.

JLT sits between Sheikh Zayed Road and First Al Khail Street. It is on the Red Line at DMCC and Sobha Realty stations, and Dubai Marina, with its tram and waterfront, lies on the other side of Sheikh Zayed Road.
