Meydan is a mixed-use district developed by Meydan Group on the site of the former Nad Al Sheba racecourse. Its anchor is Meydan Racecourse, whose long grandstand holds a hotel, restaurants and a racing museum, and which hosts the Dubai World Cup meeting each year.

Properties range from apartments in mid-rise buildings to townhouses, villas and mansion plots in gated neighbourhoods such as Meydan Avenue, Millennium Estates and Polo Townhouses. Community services for several of these areas are run by Dubai Holding Community Management.

Meydan tends to suit buyers who want space and greenery while staying close to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and DIFC.
