Mira is part of Reem, a community developed by Emaar in Dubailand near Al Qudra Road, with Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road both close by. It is split into Mira, built in five phases, and the neighbouring Mira Oasis. The neighbourhoods are complete and lived in.

Properties are mainly three- and four-bedroom townhouses, with some villas, in a Mediterranean and Arabic style with private gardens. Tree-lined streets, parks, pools, sports courts, a skate park, and walking and cycling trails run through Reem. Mira Town Centre has a supermarket, cafés, shops and medical services.

It tends to suit families wanting a townhouse with a garden in a settled community, and people who work around Al Qudra Road and Arabian Ranches. Town Square and Arabian Ranches are a short drive away.
