DAMAC Islands is a master community by DAMAC in Dubailand, between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road. Town Square and Mira Oasis are close by. It is under development and being built in phases, and a second phase, DAMAC Islands 2, has also been launched.

Properties are four- and five-bedroom townhouses and six- and seven-bedroom villas. The clusters take their names from island destinations: the Maldives, Bora Bora, Seychelles, Hawaii, Bali and Fiji. Planned amenities include an aqua dome and park, a jungle river, a hot spring spa, a wildlife park and fresh market, outdoor fitness areas, and kayaking and paddleboarding.

It suits families who want a large townhouse or villa with resort-style facilities, and who are comfortable buying into a community that is still being built.
