Motor City is a community developed by Union Properties in Dubailand, master-planned around the Dubai Autodrome race circuit. It is split into Uptown Motor City, Green Community Motor City and a business park inside the Autodrome itself.

Uptown Motor City is made up of low- and mid-rise apartment buildings, from studios to larger family units, set around landscaped courtyards. Green Community Motor City is a gated area of villas and townhouses around a lake and mature planting. Newer projects are under development.
