Living here
Dubai Science Park is a free-zone business community run by TECOM Group, part of Dubai Holding. It began as Dubai Biotechnology and Research Park and now hosts companies in science, health and pharmaceuticals, with offices, laboratories and light industrial units.
Alongside the business areas is a residential quarter with apartment buildings and villa clusters, such as Montrose Residence and Villa Lantana, plus nurseries, a hotel, parks and shops. My City Centre Al Barsha is part of the community.
It tends to suit people who work in the park or in nearby business districts, and buyers who want a fairly central position close to Al Barsha and Arjan. Access is via Umm Suqeim Road, Hessa Street and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and a public bus links the park with Mall of the Emirates.
Figures from the Dubai Land Department and public reports as of 25 September 2026. Not financial or immigration advice.
