Arjan is a mixed-use community within Dubailand, developed by Dubai Properties and managed by Dubai Holding Community Management. It is a freehold area and lies at the junction of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Umm Suqeim Road, beside Al Barsha South and Motor City.

Housing is largely low- and mid-rise apartment buildings, from studios to family-sized units, with a small number of townhouses. Many buildings include pools, gyms and covered parking, and the community has parks, sports courts, nurseries, mosques and supermarkets.

Arjan tends to suit people who want a newer apartment with quick road access to Al Barsha, Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai. Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden sit inside the community, and Mall of the Emirates is a short drive north along Umm Suqeim Road.
