Al Barari

Al Barari is a private residential estate founded by Zaal Mohamed Zaal and built by his family's company, Al Barari Development. It sits on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road in the Nad Al Sheba area, close to Meydan. Much of the land is given over to themed gardens, lakes, streams and landscaped walkways.

Properties are mainly large detached villas with private gardens, in neighbourhoods such as The Reserve and The Nest. There are also apartments, which offer a lower-maintenance way to live on the estate. Facilities include a health club, a spa, a children's playground, and places to eat and shop.

It suits people who value greenery, privacy and space over a central address, and families who spend a lot of time outdoors. Downtown Dubai and Dubai Hills Estate are a reasonable drive away.
