Majan

Majan is a mixed-use district in Dubailand, planned as a central hub for the wider area and now looked after by Dubai Holding Community Management as a Dubai Properties community. Individual buildings are delivered by a range of private developers on plots within the masterplan.

Properties are mainly in low- and mid-rise apartment buildings, from studios to family-sized units, and several buildings are still under development. The plan links the buildings with axial parks and open spaces, alongside play areas, outdoor gyms, sports courts and mosques.

Majan tends to suit buyers and tenants looking for a newer apartment in a quieter setting with direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Global Village, IMG Worlds of Adventure, Al Barari and Falcon City of Wonders are all close by.
