Villanova

Villanova is a master community by Dubai Properties in Dubailand, launched in 2016. It sits close to Emirates Road and the Dubai–Al Ain Road. It is made up of neighbourhoods including La Rosa, La Quinta, Amaranta, La Violeta and La Tilia, and newer phases are still being built.
