Al Furjan is a residential community developed by Nakheel in the Jebel Ali area. Nakheel's villas and townhouses draw on North African, Islamic and Mediterranean styles, and other developers have added low-rise apartment buildings across the community.

Property includes townhouses, villas with gardens and apartments, so it suits a range of households, from people renting their first flat to families who want a house with good transport links. New villa phases have been added over time.

Al Furjan Metro Station, on the Red Line's Route 2020 branch towards Expo City Dubai, serves the community, and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road runs close by.
