Discovery Gardens is an apartment community developed by Nakheel in the Jebel Ali area. Its low-rise buildings are grouped into six themed clusters, including Zen, Mediterranean and Mesoamerican, each set around its own courtyard gardens.
Properties are studios and smaller apartments, with shared pools, sports courts, gyms and play areas spread through the community. It tends to suit single professionals, couples and small households who want a garden setting and a metro link close to home.
Discovery Gardens sits between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Furjan, next to Ibn Battuta Mall and The Gardens. Discovery Gardens and The Gardens stations, both on the Red Line's Route 2020 branch, serve residents, and Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dubai Marina are a short drive away.
