Living here

Jumeirah Islands is a gated villa community built by Nakheel. Its properties sit on 46 small islands surrounded by man-made lakes, and each cluster follows its own architectural theme, ranging from Islamic to Mediterranean.

Properties are mainly detached villas with private gardens and pools, alongside a smaller number of townhouses. Nakheel offers the properties as freehold. With water on several sides and little through-traffic, the community tends to suit families who want garden space and a quiet street.

Jumeirah Islands sits just inland from Sheikh Zayed Road, between interchanges 5 and 6, with Jumeirah Lake Towers, The Meadows and Jumeirah Park as neighbours. A clubhouse and community pavilion cover everyday needs. DMCC Metro Station and the Jumeirah Lakes Towers tram stop are a short drive away.
