Living here
Al Jaddaf is a neighbourhood on the west bank of Dubai Creek, long used for building and repairing wooden dhows. Over the past two decades it has grown into a district of residential towers, hotels and public buildings.
Properties are mainly apartments and hotel apartments, many along the Jaddaf Waterfront and in neighbouring Culture Village. Landmarks include the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library, Latifa Hospital and the second phase of Dubai Healthcare City.
It suits people who work in Dubai Healthcare City, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay or near the airport and want a central apartment by the Creek. The Green Line stops at Al Jadaf and Creek stations, and Creek station is planned as an interchange with the Dubai Metro Blue Line.
Figures from the Dubai Land Department and public reports as of 25 September 2026. Not financial or immigration advice.
