The Meadows is a villa neighbourhood within Emirates Living, the Emaar master development that also includes The Springs, The Lakes and Emirates Hills. It is divided into numbered sub-communities laid out around lakes, parks and walking paths.

Properties are detached villas, generally larger than those in The Springs, built in a range of architectural styles on private plots with gardens. There are no apartment blocks. It tends to suit families who want more indoor and garden space while staying close to Dubai Marina and the media and internet business districts.

The Meadows Village and The Meadows Souk provide shops, cafés and everyday services. The community sits beside Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Emirates Hills, with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road. Several international schools are close by.
