Palm Jebel Ali is a palm-shaped island off the coast near Jebel Ali, developed by Nakheel. Reclamation began in the early 2000s and later paused, and the project was relaunched in 2023 with a new master plan.

The plan includes villas on the fronds, apartment buildings, and a large number of hotels and resorts, with walkable streets and cycle paths. The first releases were villas on the fronds, known as Coral villas and Beach villas, each offered in several architectural styles. The island is under development and is being built in phases.

It suits buyers planning ahead for a beachfront villa in the southern part of the city, which includes Jebel Ali and Dubai South. Access to the island will be from Sheikh Zayed Road.
