The Greens is an apartment neighbourhood developed by Emaar and run together with The Views as one master community. Its buildings are arranged around two lakes, shaded walkways and courtyard gardens, which gives it the feel of a walking neighbourhood.

Properties are apartments in mid-rise buildings, with some townhouses, and residents share pools, gyms, play areas and barbecue spaces. It tends to suit people working in Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and the nearby business parks who want a short commute and a quieter, green setting.

The Greens sits beside Sheikh Zayed Road, next to The Views and Emirates Golf Club. The Greens Souk has a supermarket, cafés and restaurants, and Emaar Business Park offers office space within the community. Dubai Marina and the American University in Dubai are close by.
