The Lakes is a villa neighbourhood within Emirates Living, the Emaar master development between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. As the name suggests, it is planned around a series of lakes, linked by landscaped walkways and small parks.

Properties are detached villas on wider plots, each with a private garden. The setting is quiet and residential, which tends to suit families who want a larger house and garden close to the business districts in the west of the city.
