Al Sufouh is a coastal area in west Dubai, divided into Al Sufouh 1 near Madinat Jumeirah and Al Sufouh 2 opposite Palm Jumeirah. Al Sufouh 2 holds the business free zones of Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Dubai Knowledge Park, as well as several schools and universities. There is no single master developer for the residential parts.

Properties are mainly villas and townhouses in small compounds, plus a limited number of apartment buildings. It tends to suit people who work in the nearby free zones and families who want a villa close to the beach and to established schools.

King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, formerly Al Sufouh Road, runs along the coast and carries the Dubai Tram, with stops including Al Sufouh, Knowledge Village and Palm Jumeirah. Sheikh Zayed Road runs inland, and Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina are a short drive away.
