Dubai Investments Park, usually called DIP, is a master development owned and managed by Dubai Investments. It is split into two parts, DIP 1 and DIP 2, and brings industrial units, warehouses, offices and retail together with several residential neighbourhoods.
Properties range from apartment buildings to townhouses and villas. Green Community and Green Community East sit in DIP 1, and Dunes Village sits in DIP 2, alongside newer apartment projects from private developers.
The area tends to suit people working in DIP itself, in Jebel Ali or at Expo City Dubai, and families wanting more space than central districts offer. Dubai Investment Park station on the Red Line's Route 2020 branch serves the area, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road runs along its western side, and Expo City Dubai sits just to the south across Expo Road.
