Grand Polo Club and Resort is a villa masterplan by Emaar in the south of Dubai, next to Emaar's The Oasis and close to Al Maktoum International Airport. It lies near Emirates Road and Expo Road. It is under development and being released in phases.

Properties are three- to five-bedroom villas in collections such as Montura, Selvara, Chevalia Estate and Equiterra. The centre of the plan, called The Green Core, holds polo fields, private stables, a riding school and a clubhouse. Walking, cycling and riding trails, meadows, padel and football courts and a dog park sit around it.

It suits riders and families wanting a detached villa with open space, and people whose work or travel centres on Dubai South and Al Maktoum International Airport.
