Each listing shows its reference and Trakheesi permit number.

Al Satwa is one of Dubai's older inner-city neighbourhoods, lying between Jumeirah, Al Wasl and the northern end of Sheikh Zayed Road. Its main street, now 2nd of December Street and long known as Al Diyafah Street, runs towards Union House, where the founding of the UAE was declared in 1971.
Property is mainly low- and mid-rise apartment buildings, from studios to two-bedroom units, alongside some older villas and a dense mix of shops, restaurants and small businesses. There is no master developer. It tends to suit people who want a central, walkable address close to work in the Trade Centre district, DIFC or Bur Dubai.
Sheikh Zayed Road forms its southern edge. World Trade Centre and Al Jafiliya stations on the Red Line are close by, and Jumeirah Beach Road and the beaches are a short drive away.
