Port de La Mer is a residential community on the north peninsula of La Mer in Jumeirah 1, developed by Meraas. It is built around a marina with more than 190 berths and has a Mediterranean-style look.
Properties are low-rise apartments from one to five bedrooms, with penthouses, in buildings such as La Voile, Le Soleil, La Rive and La Cote. Residents have beach access, waterfront promenades, and the shops and restaurants of La Mer next door.
It suits buyers who want a smaller waterfront community with a marina in an established central district rather than a newer suburb. Pearl Jumeirah lies just offshore, and Jumeirah Beach Road links the area to City Walk, Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport.
