Mina Rashid

Mina Rashid is the former Port Rashid in Bur Dubai, now being redeveloped as a waterfront residential district. Emaar is building the properties, branded Rashid Yachts & Marina, in partnership with P&O Marinas, which develops and runs the marina and berthing.

Properties are apartments and penthouses in low- and mid-rise buildings set along the new marina and a series of district parks. The Queen Elizabeth 2, the former ocean liner, is moored here as a floating hotel, and the port also serves as a cruise terminal. The district is being built in phases.

It suits people who sail or keep a boat, and those who want a newer waterfront property close to the older districts of Bur Dubai and Deira. Al Mina Road and Sheikh Rashid Road serve the area, and Dubai Maritime City sits next door.
