The Valley is a master-planned suburb by Emaar, launched in 2019 on the Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66), beyond Dubai Silicon Oasis and Academic City. Several neighbourhoods are already lived in, and more are being built in phases.

Properties are largely townhouses, with villas in some newer clusters; three to five bedrooms is typical. Named clusters include Eden, Talia, Nara, Orania, Elora and Rivana. At the heart of the plan are a town centre for shops and cafés, an urban beach called Golden Beach, a sports village and a children's play area called Kids' Dale.

It suits families who want a townhouse with a garden and are comfortable with a longer drive into the city, and people who travel often towards Al Ain. The Dubai Rugby Sevens grounds and Dubai Outlet Mall are close by.
